Winchester Hat Fair, the UK’s longest running Street Arts festival celebrates its 35th birthday this year with four days of the best in outdoor performance and live entertainment.

Hat Fair continues to uphold its reputation for presenting innovative and beautiful outdoor performances, exciting, unique and highly skilled small-scale shows and an engaging programme of community arts and education, woven into the heart of the beautiful city of Winchester.

 

 

   Archie Loved Watching this man doing all sorts in the street it was really funny and great entertainment.This lady was excellent at tight rope walking and helped all the children have a go. The Friday of the Hat Fair is schools day and all the local primary schools attend they do a street parade all wearing all sorts of hats they have made its a lovely day.  Now I have no idea what these two are but they were chatting away to everyone and so funny. So clever how it was done…  It looks extremely odd with everything going on in the shadow of Winchester Cathedral. Will definitely be going  again tomorrow its great entertainment.
